CBZip2InputStream	An input stream that decompresses from the BZip2 format (without the file header chars) to be read as any other stream.
CRC	A simple class to hold and calculate the CRC for sanity checking of the data.

INTERNAL CLASSES DO NOT USE: BZIP2 compression. Looks like a fork from Apache CBZip2InputStream, with minimal code (eg decode only).
