Deprecated.

As of version 4.5.0 - this was only intended to be used for the 4.2 - 4.3 transition. Extended to work with 4.5 dataset names, but deprecated to reminder users to update the variable names used in their applications. Try to figure out what GRIB name in 4.2 maps to in 4.3 NCEP IDD datasets. Not guaranteed to be correct. See ToolsUI IOSP/GRIB2/GRIB-RENAME
