Parameters:

dataset - : the containing dataset.

urlPath - : the urlPath.

service - : reference to an existing service.

typeName - : ServiceType name or null. If specified, this creates an anonymous Service (one that is only used by this access element).

dataFormatName - optional

dataSize - optional
