fromFile

Parses the XML file from the given file.

Returns:

a new WmsDetailedConfig object, if and only if parsing was successful.

Throws:

IOException - if there was an io error reading from the file.

WmsConfigException

fromInputStream

Parses the XML file from the given input stream, then closes the input stream.

Returns:
