For simplicity, all relative URLs are converted to URLs that are absolute paths. For instance, "catalog.xml" becomes "/thredds/catalog.xml".

Parameters:

url - the URL to prepare for use in HTML.

Returns:

a URL ready to use in a generated HTML page.
