Find the station closest to the specified point. The metric is (lat-lat0)**2 + (cos(lat0)*(lon-lon0))**2

Parameters:

lat - latitude value

lon - longitude value

Returns:

name of station closest to the specified point

Throws:

java.io.IOException - if read error

getInputStreamReader

public static java.io.BufferedReader getInputStreamReader(java.lang.String filename)
                                                   throws java.io.FileNotFoundException,
                                                          java.io.IOException

Get an input stream reader for the filename

Parameters:

filename - name of file

Returns:

corresponding input stream reader

Throws:

java.io.FileNotFoundException - couldn't find the file

java.io.IOException - problem opening stream
