makeCollectionName

Create standard name = topCollectionName + last directory

Parameters:

topCollectionName - from config, name of the collection

dir - directory for this

Returns:

standard collection name, to name the index file

makeCollectionIndexPath

Create standard name = topCollectionName + last directory
